okadaph Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player," "User," or "Account Holder") and okadaph (hereinafter "okadaph," "we," "us," or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the online gaming services available at okadaph.one and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and platform features.

okadaph is a real-money online gaming platform licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Our operations comply with applicable Philippine laws including the Presidential Decree No. 1602, Republic Act No. 9287, and all applicable PAGCOR charter provisions and regulatory circulars.

By creating an account, accessing any game, depositing funds, claiming any bonus, or otherwise using any feature of the okadaph platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active okadaph account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. This is a non-negotiable legal requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. okadaph enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC identity verification.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located within a jurisdiction where access to and participation in online casino gaming is legally permitted. Players must not attempt to circumvent geographic access controls.
• Legal Capacity: You must be legally competent to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. Persons under legal guardianship or lacking contractual capacity are not eligible.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including any PAGCOR-administered exclusion programs, at the time of registration or at any point during account operation.
• Personal Use: Your account must be for your own personal use only. Creating or operating an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended okadaph account. Each individual may hold exactly one account at any time.

Account Registration & Verification

4.1 Registration. Account registration requires the provision of accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and a chosen password. You warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC). okadaph is required by PAGCOR to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing withdrawals. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include: PhilSys National ID, Driver's License (LTO), Philippine Passport, SSS/UMID Card, GSIS eCard, PRC License, Voter's ID, and Postal ID. Additional documentation including proof of address or source of funds may be requested at okadaph's discretion or where required by applicable law.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not disclose your password to any third party. okadaph will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is your responsibility. You must notify okadaph immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access to your account.

4.4 One Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one okadaph account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a serious violation. Upon detection of multiple accounts, okadaph reserves the right to merge accounts, suspend all associated accounts, void all pending and historical bonuses, and permanently close the accounts. Balances from duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. okadaph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and selected cryptocurrency channels. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. okadaph reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

5.2 Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 via GCash and PayMaya. Deposits are credited to your Player Wallet in real time upon successful processing confirmation from the payment provider. okadaph does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply independent transaction fees. You must only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name.

5.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed only to payment methods from which deposits were previously made and which are verified to your name. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are as follows: GCash and PayMaya — minimum ₱100, processing within 5–30 minutes for KYC-verified accounts; Bank transfers — minimum ₱500, processing within 1–3 business hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours may take longer to process.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering. okadaph is obligated to comply with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160 as amended). okadaph reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation, to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending investigation, and to report suspicious transaction activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Policy. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by okadaph are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry periods. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements — typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and other game types may contribute at varying rates as specified per promotion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. okadaph actively monitors for and prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, exploiting errors or technical malfunctions to generate bonus credits, using bots or automated tools to meet wagering requirements, or engaging in low-risk hedging strategies specifically designed to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine play. Detection of bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of associated bonuses and winnings.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed or partially wagered bonus funds expire as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are non-recoverable. okadaph is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the expiry terms communicated at the time the bonus was offered.

Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Outcomes. All game outcomes on the okadaph platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game elements in controlled studio environments. All RNG systems used on the platform are certified by independent testing agencies and are subject to regular audits. Game results are final once the round is completed and the outcome is recorded.

7.2 Disputed Outcomes. In the event of a game malfunction, network disruption, or technical error affecting a game outcome, the affected round will be investigated and resolved at okadaph's discretion in accordance with the applicable game rules and RNG certification data. Game providers' logs are considered authoritative in the resolution of any disputed outcomes.

7.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a documented platform malfunction that prevents a game from completing normally, affected bets may be voided and returned to the Player's wallet. okadaph is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues outside its reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures on the Player's side.

7.4 Responsible Bet Limits. okadaph enforces minimum and maximum bet limits on all games. These limits are displayed within the game interface before play begins. Players are encouraged to review these limits and set personal deposit and loss limits via their account settings in accordance with responsible gaming principles.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, using fictitious identities, or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other time
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit any game software, platform feature, or system vulnerability
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or fulfill wagering requirements
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions, or otherwise using the platform for any illegal financial activity
• Attempting to access another player's account or to interfere with another player's game session
• Placing bets to intentionally exploit errors or clearly displayed incorrect odds or pay tables
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, degrades, or damages okadaph's platform, systems, or reputation
• Facilitating or assisting any third party in any of the above prohibited activities

Responsible Gaming

okadaph is committed to promoting safe, responsible gaming practices consistent with PAGCOR's responsible gaming standards. We recognize that for a small percentage of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligation to support these players seriously.

okadaph provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time from your account settings without restriction or penalty:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum allowable loss amounts per defined period to prevent excessive financial exposure.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts when your gaming session reaches a set duration, and optionally force a logout after a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend account access for a period of 24 hours to 6 months. During a cooling-off period, access to games and deposits is blocked.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the okadaph platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the chosen exclusion period and cannot be reversed by contacting support.
